Do you also offer COD?
Since our products are of personalized nature, COD is not possible. We only process prepaid orders. We accept payments via multiple payment methods including bank transfers, debit/ credit cards, UPI/ Google Pay/ Paytm etc.
When will I receive my item?
Since our products are customised, the process of customisation, printing and binding take about 12-14 days, once the order is confirmed and all details are received.
Delivery usually takes about 2-4 days, depending on your location, once the book is ready.
Can I change or return my item?
Due to the customised nature of our products, cancellation and refund of the order is not possible once the book has been designed and has gone into printing.
In case of any defects in the product, you may please contact us and we would be happy to assist you in resolving the issue.
If you have a change of mind after ordering, but the book has not yet been designed, you may please contact us and we will assist you in the best possible way.

I chose this baby record album after looking at many record albums available on Amazon and other stores. This is the best baby record album and I’m really happy with my decision.1. It covers all important milestones from pregnancy, arrival of the baby, welcoming baby, first haircut, first steps, food, first festivals, family tree, monthly birthdays and birthdays till 5 years.2. It is designed for Indian parents. This baby record album has space for welcoming the baby (havan and other rituals), first haircut, first food and Indian festivals like Diwali, Holi, Christmas, new year and two extra festival page3. There are some extra pages at the end for pasting extra things. I’m using those pages to stick extra photos, cards, drawings etc4. The book has a very high quality look and feel. It is hardbound and the paper quality is very very nice. The hard binding quality is also very nice.5. It has around 100 pages - that’s more than enough to capture all the memories. What I like the most is that all pages are decorated already with cute cartoons and drawings. So I just have to stick photos and write in it. No hassle of decorating. It is already very beautiful.I used thin CD marker pens to write in it. No impression on back page and no smudging - the paper is quite thick and good qualityIt is the best baby record album. I really recommend it.

I liked the paper quality, the cartoons drawn, the front cover. Its perfect for my child. It can be used for both boy and girl child.Its an exciting task to complete it with my husband. We are loving it.What i did not liked is .... In every month record page there 2 questions about food or what the baby eats.... And as we know its only milk and vitamin syrups what a baby eats, so that is only disliked, otherwise the product is amazing. 💕
