Since our products are of personalized nature, COD is not possible. We only process prepaid orders. We accept payments via multiple payment methods including bank transfers, debit/ credit cards, UPI/ Google Pay/ Paytm etc.

Since our products are customised, the process of customisation, printing and binding take about 12-14 days, once the order is confirmed and all details are received.

Delivery usually takes about 2-4 days, depending on your location, once the book is ready and shipped.

Due to the customised nature of our products, cancellation and refund of the order is not possible once the book has been designed and has gone into printing. 

In case of any defects in the product, you may please contact us and we would be happy to assist you in resolving the issue. 

If you have a change of mind after ordering, but the book has not yet been designed, you may please contact us and we will assist you in the best possible way.
