Cancellations:
Due to the personalised nature of the products, orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed. If you do wish to cancel/amend your order please email us on info@thehappyhippo.in and we will try our best to cancel it if production hasn’t started.
In the case of a credit card refund due to order cancellation, please allow 15-20 working days for the refund to be processed and reflect in your bank account. When a refund is initiated from our end, we will provide you with a transaction id.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the personalised nature of our products, thehappyhippo.in has a strict no exchanges or refunds policy across the website.
Damaged/Defective Products:
In the event that a product reaches damaged/defective, please email us on info@thehappyhippo.in within 3 working days along with images of the damaged/defective product and we will help you out.
In the case that we have approved an exchange for an order, the customer is responsible for couriering the item to our office within 3 working days. Please ensure the product is returned in its complete packaging to be eligible for an exchange. Once we have received and examined the product, a replacement will be couriered out to you.
Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
